Mr. Kwok has more than 20 years of engineering experience in the civil and transportation arena. His experience includes delivering projects in the planning and design phase as well as managing projects in construction. He also performs project control functions for various agencies in the Bay Area.   • Reviewing and approve construction payments
  • Inspecting construction items

Mr. Kwok uses computer software to perform his day-to-day work. This work includes geometric design and drafting using AutoCAD and Microstation, highway terrain modeling with AutoCAD Civil 2009, and drainage analysis with Flow Master. Other computer software regularly used is the Microsoft Office Professional software package.
